Bookings/cancellations:
All bookings require a 50% deposit in order to secure your appointment time and treatment with Jasmines Beauty Salon and Spa. Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is missed or changed within 24 hours.

Medical conditions:
All medical conditions including pregnancy must be declared upon booking your appointment. We will not treat anyone who has or is currently undergoing cancer treatment within the last 6 months.
Jasmines Beauty Salon and Spa staff have the right to refuse carrying out any treatment on someone who doesn’t meet our insurance criteria.

Treatments:
All treatments booked in include a consultation within your associated time.

Relax room:
Our relax room is a tranquil and relaxing area which can be used as part of any spa treatment/s booked in. Please be mindful when using this area of other clients. Phones must be kept on silent.
