Vitamin Injections
Vitamin injections are shots that deliver specific vitamins directly into your bloodstream or muscle, instead of you taking them as tablets. Because the vitamin goes directly into your body (usually into a muscle), it:
Bypasses digestion
Gets absorbed quickly
Can raise levels faster than oral supplements
What do we offer and why?
Biotin
What is Biotin: Biotin injections are shots of biotin (vitamin B7), a vitamin involved in how your body processes fats, carbohydrates, and proteins—and often marketed for hair, skin, and nail health.
What can it support: Support keratin production (the protein in hair and nails), Maintain normal metabolism and Support healthy skin.
Why people get biotin injections: Hair growth, Stronger nails and General beauty or a “glow” treatment
Vitamin B12 (energy boosters)

Fillers
Pre Care:
Medications: Avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, and certain supplements for at least a week prior, as they can increase bruising and bleeding.
- Alcohol and Caffeine: Do not consume alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours before your appointment, as they can increase blood flow.
- Exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours before the treatment.
- Skin and Makeup: Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid topical products like retinoids or AHAs for a couple of days before treatment.
- Other Procedures: Inform your practitioner about any recent or upcoming dental work, vaccinations, or other procedures, as they may need to be rescheduled.
Aftercare:
- Avoid touching: Do not touch, massage, or apply pressure to the treated area for the first 4 to 6 hours, or as directed by your practitioner, to avoid infection or moving the filler.
- Cold compress: Apply a cold compress or ice pack for 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off, for the first 24 hours to help reduce swelling and bruising.
- Exercise and heat: Avoid intense exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for at least 24-48 hours. Also, avoid sunbathing until swelling and redness have disappeared.
- Alcohol: Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.
- Makeup: Avoid makeup for the first 24 hours. When you do apply it, use gentle dabbing motions instead of rubbing.
- Head position: Try to keep your head elevated for the first few hours after treatment. Avoid sleeping on your stomach or side for the first night to prevent product migration.
- Further treatments: Avoid further facial treatments like facials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion for at least two weeks.

Lip Fillers:
Filling the lips for desired looks such as natural enhancements and/or fuller lips. Smoothing the appearance.
Nasolabial Folds:
Marionette Lines:
Chin Filler (Profile balancing):
What it does:
Adds projection (make the chin stick out slightly more)
Improve facial balance (especially side profile)
Sharpen the jawline
Correct a weak or recessed chin
Smooth out dimples or irregularities
What filler is used:
Like cheek fillers, most chin fillers are made from hyaluronic acid—commonly products such as Juvederm or Restylane.
How the procedure works
We numb the area where filler will be injected. Your practitioner then marks injection points on your chin. Filler is injected in small amounts and shaped as needed. Takes about 20–40 minutes. You’ll see results immediately, though there can be swelling for a few days.
How long it lasts:
Typically 9 to 18 months, depending on the filler type and your body
Cheek Filler:
Cheek filler is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment designed to add volume, shape, and contour to the cheeks. It’s commonly done using dermal fillers made from substances like hyaluronic acid, which naturally occurs in your body.
What it does: Restore lost volume (often due to aging)
Enhance cheekbone definition
Lift the mid-face slightly
Improve facial symmetry.
What filler is used:
Most cheek fillers use hyaluronic acid–based products such as Juvederm or Restylane. These attract water, helping the skin look fuller and more hydrated.
The procedure:
We numb the area where filler is to be injected. Filler is injected in small amounts and shaped as needed
Usually takes 20–45 minutes
Results are visible immediately, though there may be some swelling at first.
How long it lasts:
Typically 6 to 18 months, depending on the product used and your metabolism which will be discussed during your consultation.
Anti Wrinkle Treatments
Anti Wrinkle Treatment, derived from Botulinum toxin, is a widely-used cosmetic treatment aimed at diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles and blocking nerve signals beneath the skin. Many Areas can be treated on the face and if you are unsure then please give us a call for more information. The procedure itself is quick, non invasive and has minimal discomfort. The treatment involves injections administered with a fine needle to desired areas. Most clients experience minimal visual bumps or swelling and can resume their normal activities immediately.
Pre Care:
- No alcohol to be consumed within 24 hours
- Try to avoid Blood Thinners such as aspirin for 24 hours before injections
- Arrive with no makeup if possible
- Eat something before arrival
Post Care:
- Keep upright: Stay upright for at least 4–6 hours after your procedure.
- Don’t touch the area: Avoid rubbing or massaging the injection site for at least 24 hours to prevent the toxin from spreading.
- Skip strenuous exercise: Avoid vigorous exercise, heavy lifting, and straining for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine: Do not consume alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours to help reduce swelling and bruising.
- Do not wear makeup: Wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup to prevent infection or irritation at the injection sites.
- Avoid extreme heat: Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and sun beds for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid other treatments: Do not get facials, peels, or other skin treatments for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid lying down flat: Do not lie down for at least 4 hours and prop your head up with extra pillows if you need to lie down to avoid physical pressure on the area.
Polynucleotide Treatments:
Polynucleotide treatment is a skin rejuvenation injectable that focuses on improving skin quality rather than adding volume (like fillers do).
What polynucleotides are:
Polynucleotides are small fragments of DNA, often derived from purified salmon or trout DNA. They’re highly biocompatible and used to stimulate repair and regeneration in your skin.
How it works:
When injected into the skin, polynucleotides:
Stimulate fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen and elastin)
Improve skin hydration
Support tissue repair and reduce inflammation
Enhance overall skin texture and elasticity
Think of it as healing and strengthening the skin from within, rather than filling or freezing anything.
What it’s used for:
Common treatment areas include:
Under-eye area (dark circles, crepey skin)
Face (fine lines, dull skin)
Neck and décolletage
Acne scars or damaged skin
A well-known example is PhilArt, often used in aesthetic clinics.
What the treatment is like:
Multiple small injections placed just under the skin
Usually takes 20–30 minutes
A course of 2–4 sessions spaced a few weeks apart is common
After treatment, you might have small bumps (like tiny mosquito bites) for a day or two.
Results:
Gradual improvement over several weeks
Skin looks smoother, more hydrated, and healthier
Results are subtle and natural—not a dramatic change like filler
How long it lasts:
Results can last several months, especially with maintenance sessions
Side effects:
Mild swelling or redness
Bruising
Temporary bumps at injection sites
Polynucleotide treatments are best if you want:
Better skin quality and hydration
Subtle, natural-looking improvement
A regenerative approach rather than structural change
