Please note that all packages are set as described and cannot be modified or altered, ensuring that each experience delivers the ultimate in relaxation and indulgence.
We kindly request that you inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements, to ensure your treatments are safe and tailored to your needs.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment; late cancellations may incur a charge. All treatments include a consultation and are accommodated within the allocated time for each service. Please note that manicure and pedicure timings may vary slightly depending on the therapist providing your treatment, ensuring the highest standard of care and attention.

Our spa day packages are priced per person and cannot be altered or changed
Light lunch is only included within certain packages. If you wish to add a light lunch to your package an extra cost of £15.00 will be added
All spa day packages are subject to our cancellation policy. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your package.
Medical conditions, pregnancies or medications can refrain from us from treating you. Please let us know upon booking if any of these apply to you.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spa day package with Jasmines and is subject to be cancelled if this is not paid in full 1 week prior to your booking.
