Today was my first treatment at Jasmines. First of all everything seems very COVID safe and the staff make these adjustments seem effortless which made me feel very at ease. The ambiance and decor are beautiful and the treatment spaces are spacious and airy with relaxing lighting and everything is very clean. I had the treatment of Distinction with Sam, it was all amazing, and included the best massage I’ve ever had and the most incredible facial and head massage. Have visited Jasmines on many occasions for various treatments and have seen several different therapists I have always found that you are greeted warmly on reception by usually either Nicola or Lisa and whichever therapist I have seen for my treatment they are always so friendly and professional and take an interest in your well being . Last week I treated myself to a facial for the first time where I had chosen an Aromatic Facial . After being shown where to get changed and the relaxation room where you can go before and after treatments and are offered a drink. Sam my therapist for that treatment introduced herself and discussed health issues and went through the various oils to see which suited me thank you Sam for the lovely facial I will definitely be booking another one. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.

I had the most wonderful full body massage with Sam today. She was brilliant – she did exactly what I asked, with a firm massage on my back neck and shoulders and a relaxing massage on my arms and legs. I feel so much better. It was blissful having some time out in the relaxation room afterwards with a cup of peppermint tea. Like the lady next to me said, you could be anywhere – it’s such a calm relaxing space.

Lara is fantastic. She did me a kind of bespoke back massage/Indian Head Massage so I got the best of both worlds. She is so flexible-I asked to lie down instead of sitting up for my massage which did complicate things a bit but she was happy to make it work and I ended up with a wonderfully relaxing half hour of a back and scalp massage, I really appreciate the flexibility and care she took. It is so calming here and the relaxing room is great-really lovely to not have to rush straight out after treatments.

Loooove the fact you have a 15 minute wind down in the relaxation room, which is immaculate and nice and warm and comfortable, before you receive your treatment. My choice today was Indian head massage with Lara (forgive me if I’m wrong) and it was absolutely gorgeous! really feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Hot chocolate in the relaxation room after treatment was also a lovely finishing touch too! will be coming again in the not so distant future. Best salon I have been to, and I have been to many. Had a spray tan done and manicure for my wedding ….I was feeling so very nervous as iv never had a spray tan done before ..but the staff were so kind and friendly made me feel so relaxed about the whole situation … iv also got a bad disfigured nail and was very embarrassed about it and they made it look stunning for the first time in years I was so pleased as it’s the finger next to my wedding finger and they made it look and me feel a million dollars . …. it was clean tidy and the atmosphere and ambeance was very soothing .. would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a little “me time ” ……

My friend & I visited in March for my friends birthday whilst we stayed for a weekend in Eastbourne. The staff are lovely & friendly and we both had dfferent body scrub/massages & facials. Robes & slippers are provided which is a nice touch. They were excellent and our skin felt so smooth and moisturised. There is an excellent chill out room prior to & after you treatments with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this salon and will definitely visit again.

I love Jasmines & wish I could come more frequently. I suffer with joint hypermobility and chronic pain and the full body and lava shell massages are divine and really help my pain. The relaxation room is fantastic and really helps me to feel tranquil and calm pre and post treatment. I can’t recommended Jasmines highly enough.
