We strive to provide a friendly, personal and professional service, whether you are visiting us for a quick eyebrow wax or a full day spa experience package.
For Jasmines Spa treatments please endeavour to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to give yourself plenty of time to change into your robe and start to relax and unwind in the Relaxation Room before your appointment.
For Jasmines Beauty treatments please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
It is our policy not to keep the next client waiting. Regrettably late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time and treatments will be charged at full price.
On booking appointments which exceed one hour, double/group bookings, Pampering Experiences and treatments booked in the Twin Treatment Room, we will require a 50% non refundable deposit in order to secure your booking. This must be taken when the appointments are booked. The remaining treatment balance is payable following the booked appointment.
If vouchers are to be used for full or part payment for the treatments we will use this value for the deposit. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, if you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointments less than one hour and 48 hours for appointments of more than one hour otherwise a full charge will be implemented. We require 1 week’s notice to cancel or change appointments for Double/Group Bookings and Pampering Packages.
If the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice or missed altogether, it will be subject to a 100% charge or the deduction of the value to any gift voucher up to the full amount.
However, if we can fill the cancelled appointment, there will be no charge.
All courses must be paid for in full at the first appointment. Courses must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase and are non-refundable.
Appointments within the course are subject to our cancellation policy above. Missed treatments will be deducted from courses.
We respectfully request that all mobile phones and electronic devices are turned off or switched to “silent mode” whilst in the salon in order not to disturb the relaxation of all clientele.
We request that small children and babies are not brought into the Salon in order to respect the relaxing environment that we wish to provide and also to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Vouchers must be brought to your appointment and used, as you would use cash, to pay for your treatment.
All information within your client record cards is secure and held with the strictest confidence. This information will never be passed on however, we may use this information to contact you with promotions from time to time.
Please choose your beauty product carefully. We do not refund or exchange products, when a customer has a purchase ‘change of mind’ or when a customer makes a wrong selection. Customers may receive either a refund, exchange or credit where goods are proven to be faulty, if they are returned to the salon within 7 days of purchase.
We do not issue refunds on any completed salon services. In the unlikely event that you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us within 3 days so we can inspect our work. If the problem is due to the fault of our products or workmanship we will make every effort to rectify the problem to your satisfaction, free of charge.
